This is likely because you may have some unreviewed transactions on QuickBooks. Please review these transactions and add them to QuickBooks to refresh your dashboard.

Note: The way QuickBooks integration works, it can only be active in one Track workspace at a time. If you've synced a particular QuickBooks account in more than one workspace, then except for the workspace in which QuickBooks was synced last QuickBooks will be inactive in all other workspaces. Therefore, it is recommended that you sync a particular QuickBooks account only in one Track workspace.

In this case, to update your dashboard navigate to Synced Accounts section of the workspace you wish to designate for the particular QuickBooks account. And click Re-Sync.
